A stunning piece of craftmanship is the "Alexandria" from Ridgeway Clocks. This stately work of art has every cabinet feature imaginable......Notice the hand carved solid wood accent flanked by rare crotch mahogany overlays on the multi-stepped broken swan neck pediment. The Glen Arbor cherry finish over select hardwoods and veneers distinguishes the long reeded posts and superb hand carved leaf motif. Even further detail is added with the embossed rope molding, which surrounds the entire case. The dial is set in a matching solid wood frame.

Both the locking front and side glass are beveled. The stunning brass dial has a heavy cast overlay on the corners and a functioning moon dial. The polished brass clock face and dial features raised Arabic numerals, and is framed with raised castings. The design of the dial is accentuated to the matching weights and pendulum. The polish brass weight shells have decorative silver ornamentation and the brass lyre pendulum features a 270mm disk with decorative center. The cable driven German movement has three chimes which play the soothing Westminster chime, as well as the Whittington or St. Michaels chimes. It also features an automatic night silence option. Ridgeway Grandfather clocks come with leveling legs for carpet and uneven floors and each clock comes with a free brass engraved nameplate.
