This distinctive reproduction piece has all the right features and just the right amount of old world charm. An extraordinary value for the money, the "San Franciscan" features and charming and ornate cabinet with maple finish over select hardwoods and veneers and detailed carvings throughout the cabinet. The lower case door comes with seeded glass and a locking door for added security.
The cabinet front encloses a large aged dial with Arabic numerals and a raised center cast medallion. The piece features Ridgeway's exclusive never wind movement which plays the soothing Westminster, Whittington and St. Michael's chimes. The melodies are played on authentic chime rods but the movement is powered with electricity so no weekly winding is required. This exclusive movement also comes with an automatic night shut off feature. As with every fine Ridgeway grandfather clock each piece comes with a free brass engraved nameplate and leveling legs for uneven floors or carpet.
