P.O. Boxes - We DO NOT deliver to any P.O. Boxes, APO's or FPO's
We make every effort to ship ordered merchandise as soon as possible. Orders that are too large for UPS, will be shipped via our White Glove Delivery complimentary service. All orders are FREE SHIPPING. Orders to be shipped using White Glove Delivery will be shipped via specialized LTL Carriers that ship only furniture. That means your furniture won't be shipped next to engine blocks or washers and dryers. We have negotiated high-volume discounts with our carriers that allow us to keep our prices low and not charge for shipping.

Includes delivery of your new furniture to your home or business.
White Glove Delivery service means the delivery team will bring the merchandise inside and into the room of choice, unpack the contents, perform minor assembly if needed, and remove the packing materials from your premises.

UPS
For items that can be shipped via UPS, shipping policies of the carrier will apply.
Damage
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the shipment and report any damage at the time of delivery by noting it on the freight company paperwork at the time of signing for the delivery. The customer must immediately notify RealGoodFurniture LLC at this time. If the customer fails to do make a proper notation of the paperwork or notify us in a timely manner and there is damage reported to us at a later time, RealGoodFurniture LLC will be limited in it’s ability to assist with claims for damages and while we will try to assist you we will not be responsible for any claims in this situation.
Cancellation
If your order consists of out-of-stock items or contains both in-stock and back-ordered items, the customer will be contacted and the in-stock items may be shipped as requested. In the case of out-of-stock items, the customer may also elect to cancel the order, in this event the customer will be entitled to a full refund.
If you change your mind and simply want to cancel the order prior to the time we have ordered it from the factory, there will be a charge of $50 or 5% of the order, whichever is the higher amount. If we have already ordered the merchandise from the factory, regardless of whether or not the order has shipped, the order is not cancellable without our approval.
If we decide to approve a cancellation after the items have been ordered from the factory but before it has been shipped there will be a restocking fee of up to 20%.
If we agree to a cancellation after the order has been shipped, there will be a 20% restocking fee plus all freight charges, including charges for consolidation or return shipping, will be paid by the customer.
Returns
If you are shipped defective goods or an overage/shortage, or incorrect goods in comparison to your invoice, RealGoodFurniture LLC will pay the shipping costs to fix the error. You have 3 days from the arrival of your package to report this. Email info@realgoodfurniture.com with the order number and a brief explanation of the situation. You will be emailed further instructions. If the goods are NOT incorrect or defective and you wish to return them, unopened, you have 3 days from when the shipment arrives to return the goods. You will need to email info@realgoodfurniture.com with a brief explanation of the situation. A refund will be provided within 30 days after the merchandise is received at our warehouse. You will not be refunded the original or return shipping costs. You must make sure the merchandise is packaged properly in original packing materials or equivelent for return shipping and you will bear responsibility for damage in transit. Any merchandise returned will incur a 20% restocking fee.
